Liz's Stuffed Figs


24 fresh figs
1½ cups low-fat cream cheese (not non-fat)
9 slices cooked turkey bacon
2 T. chopped pecans
salt & pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 450ºF. Spray
Chop bacon and combine with cream cheese and pecans until well mixed.
Split figs with knife and push open (like a purse).
Stuff figs with equal amounts of cream cheese mixture (about 1 heaping Tablespoon each).
Lightly salt & pepper.
Cook for 15-20 mins until figs start turning golden.

These fruity, fiber filled snacks are around 50 calories each.
