Homemade Sugar-Free Lemonade Electrolyte Sports Drink


Ingredients:
9 packets Splenda
¼ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. baking powder
¼ c. lemon juice
enough water or ice to fill your pitcher

Directions:
In the bottom of your pitcher, add your dry ingredients and about a cup of hot water. Stir until dissolved. Add several cubes of ice and stir until liquid is no longer warm. Add lemon juice and enough water to fill your pitcher. Drink immediately or chill for later use.

I think I used a 2 liter pitcher for this and I used store bought lemon juice. Fresh squeezed is not as concentrated, so you would need more for taste. You could also use sugar in this if you'd like the carbs post workout.
